We are all familiar with the seasons and how nature moves in harmony with them. In spring, new buds appear on the trees. In summer, fruits ripen. Then, in autumn, the leaves fall from the trees, preparing for a cold winter period. The moon also has a clear rhythm. Every month, it transitions from a full, radiant moon to a new, quiet moon. As humans, we are also part of nature. To fully harness our power, it is important to be aware of these rhythms. Instead of fighting against a feeling, we can flow with it. Like the sea, our emotions and feelings have waves. Recognizing these waves and embracing moments of calm can help us navigate through them. Difficult emotions such as sadness, fear, and anger also pass. By acknowledging these waves and riding along with them, we can make our lives much lighter. As we flow with the natural waves.
