While living from the heart is a beautiful aspiration, it can be a journey filled with challenges. Listening to your inner voice can sometimes feel like navigating uncharted waters, particularly when it is different from social expectations. In my role as your coach, I am here to provide warm hearted support, helping you stay true to your authentic voice and navigate your unique path.

I've personally embarked on this inner journey, answering the call of my heart, which led me from Amsterdam to the serene mountains of Spain, where my partner and I co-create a Vegan Eco Lodge. Today, we've made our home in Costa Rica with our daughter. It's my deeply passion to guide you to also follow your heart, allowing yourself to live your essence.
